Here we are with Mt. Hood behind us.
We ended up at Maryhill, Oregon to see Stonehenge. It is a memorial dedicated to war vets. Very beautiful on the edge of the gorge.

We drove around wandering for a bit trying to decide where to camp ... eastern washington wasnt quite panning out for us so we drove towards Mt. Adams.
We finally found a trail that wasnt snowed in. We were so excited to not be driving around anymore!
This tree was really cool. The bark just fell off in puzzle shaped pieces.

Yay!! Our first campsite! :) It was a struggle to find it. And it was small but... we loved it!
We packed in a bottle of wine that my parents had given us from Edgefield! It was prefect after a long day! Thanks!!

We drove by Mt. St. Helens on our way up to Bens parents house for a BBQ with his family. Unfortunately, my camera died so... this was our last picture! We had a great weekend and I'm looking forward to doing this again someday!
